| IL36R（白细胞介素-36受体）由IL1RL2基因编码，是IL-1受体家族的成员。它作为IL-36α、IL-36β和IL-36γ三种激动剂的共同受体，与辅助蛋白IL-1RAcP结合形成功能性复合物，激活NF-κB和MAPK信号通路，在皮肤、肺和肠道等上皮屏障的炎症反应中发挥关键作用。IL-36信号轴失调与银屑病（尤其是全身性脓疱型银屑病）密切相关，抗IL36R抗体（如Spesolimab）已成为治疗该疾病的药物。 | |
