| IL4R（白细胞介素-4受体）由IL4R基因编码，是IL-4和IL-13共用的配体结合亚基。它本身以较低亲和力结合IL-4，必须与γc链（形成I型受体）或IL-13Rα1（形成II型受体）结合，才能构成高亲和力功能性受体并启动下游信号。该受体顺利获得JAK-STAT6通路驱动Th2细胞分化，是哮喘、过敏性疾病及多种炎症相关疾病的重要治疗靶点。 | |
