| CD44v9 是CD44 基因顺利获得选择性剪接产生的关键变异亚型，人类CD44 基因定位于11 号染色体短臂，全长约50kb，由20 个高度保守的外显子组成，CD44v9 正是纳入第9 号变异外显子编码序列的转录产物，经糖基化修饰后分子量远高于广泛表达的标准型CD44s。 该基因编码的蛋白在正常组织中表达极低，却在胃癌、非小细胞肺癌等多种上皮来源 肿瘤中特异性高表达，是公认的肿瘤干细胞核心标志物。临床数据显示，75%的胃癌组织 中可检测到CD44v9 阳性表达，其表达水平与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、不良预后显著 正相关，是评估肿瘤恶性程度的重要生物标志物。 |
